07.30 Pick up at Istanaku Guest House, Manado
07.30 – 09.00 Journey to Tunan Waterfall, Talawaan Village, Likupang
09.00 – 09.15 Safety briefing and use of canyoning equipment
09.15 – 09.30 Preparation and light warm-up in the water area plunge
09.30 – 10.00 Canyoning session (30 minutes) – Descend the water flow and cliffs around the waterfall
10.00 – 10.30 Rest and explore around the waterfall (snacks & mineral water provided)
10.30 – 12.00 Return to Manado and drop-off at Istanaku Guest House
